Heading Home Ramsey is a community-wide partnership committed to the goal of ending homelessness in the cities and neighborhoods of Ramsey County. By merging experience, knowledge and success, our coalition of social service providers, housing providers, citizens and public leaders are working together to create and implement cost effective solutions to ending homelessness. Our governing board meets the 3rd Friday of each month, 9-11 a.m. at Lutheran Social Services, 2485 Como Ave., St. Paul, MN.
